I just heard through the grapevine that "the real" Tony Clifton will be at the show. Of course, that leads to the question, who is "the real" Tony Clifton? If Tony Clifton is a character, then anyone who puts on the outfit and calls themselves Tony Clifton is "the real" Tony Clifton. Here is a little fuel for the fire... wouldn't it be wild if Andy legally changed his name to Tony Clifton and a person he met dying of cancer legally changed their name to Andy Kaufman? Big problem with that theory is it would be difficult to lead a normal life with the name Tony Clifton. I guess if you just went by "Baba Tony Krishna Ram Dar Clifton" nobody would notice.
